Respirable Dust Sampler

The practise of assessing contaminants in the amount of air that can be inhaled by employees at a certain location is known as espirable dust sampling. To ensure that workers' health is not in danger, a variety of dust sampling techniques are employed to measure the amount of dust particles and chemical vapours.

With industrial employees who are frequently exposed to vapours, gases, and particles, respirable air sampling is fairly common. By monitoring the air, hazardous substances that are still present in the atmosphere can be found and effectively controlled.

Product Description

FDS (2.5 / 10) made by KDM PM TRAVELING FINE DUST SAMPLER (Can Monitor Either PM 2.5 OR PM 10 at a time)

Model-based on a microprocessor (DATA LOGGER FOR ALL 5 PARAMETERS)

Developed in accordance with international standards, USEPA regulations, and Indian CPCB guidelines

PM EPA 2.5 Size Separator PM 2.5 SUCCESS EPA Impactor PM 10 Size Separator Using a 10 separation assembly and a sample transfer tube, the omnidirectional ambient particle inlet.

Filter Cassette with a 47 mm Filter Media is placed in a Filter Holder assembly.

Volume Totalizer & Flow Rate Meter (USEPA Procedure Followed)

Actual operating conditions are shown as Flow in LPM on a Digital Display with a Resolution of 0.01 LPM.

Throughout the sampling period, the flow rate was kept constant at 16.67 LPM with a 2% accuracy thanks to a microprocessor-based digital flow controller.

Timer/Clock System

Programmable Real-time control system with automatic start and stop, digital time and date display, and sampling time display. Precision 2 min/month.

Temperature Sensors For Filter Temperature Range & Ambient Temperature

Range: 5 to 50 °C with a 0.10 °C resolution.

Range of the bar press sensor is 600 to 800 mm Hg. 1 mm Hg as the resolution

Display

20x4 LCD display calibrated by FCRI PALLAKKED presenting parameters in real time, i.e.

Flow Rate (16.67 LPM).

Volumetric flow, barometric pressure, ambient temperature, and filter temperature output are all included.

USB Flash Drive with RS-232C terminal for connecting to a computer (Optional)
