NYPD Fallen Cop's Daughter Strikes Again: Accused of Filing False Police Report

Sharntai Harris, the daughter of a fallen NYPD cop, is once again making headlines as she faces accusations of filing a false police report. In a statement to newsbreak, Jenkins reveals that Harris has struck again, targeting her former client with yet another revenge report. The arrest occurred on February 8th at Kings Criminal Court, where Detective Kevin Volk took Jenkins into custody. It is worth noting that Detective Volk has an obsessive  history of targeting Jenkins, as Harris has previously filed false reports against her and specifically goes to Detective Volk to execute these arrests.

This arrest, however, appears to be a clear act of retaliation against Jenkins being so Harris herself was arrested on November 8th at her Brooklyn Hair Salon for criminal contempt and harassment. “It’s clear her vindictive agenda is to keep doing this as long as she can and using this Detective who is stalking and harassing me for her and arresting me on false charges will likely never end until Internal Affairs gets involved” Says Jenkins in a statement to newsbreak.

Jenkins also claims that this arrest was orchestrated to help the district attorney build a strong case against her since the case has been crumbling since its inception. Harris accused Jenkins of filing a trademark rights of the “Fabstylist” name which serves no barring on the criminal order of protection for Detective Volk to arrest Ms.Jenkins for Harris signalling the fact that this was a clear act of retaliation and harassment against Jenkins. “Sharntai Harris is obsessed and has this weird obsession with me and when you have that mixed with using a dirty Detective like Kevin Volk who clearly is obsessed with arresting me for her it’s a disgusting foul play.”  Says Jenkins .
